(BOSTON) – On Saturday, September 7th, Representative Joan Meschino (D-Hull) attended the annual Endless Summer Waterfront Festival in Hull. The event attracts residents of Hull and the surrounding towns and is one of the biggest town events of the year. Local businesses, community organizations, restaurants, and musicians come together in a celebration along Nantasket Beach.
“Endless Summer has become a staple of the Hull community,” said Representative Meschino (D-Hull). “The event allows us to connect with our neighbors, learn more about the organizations and businesses that make our community run, and enjoy the final days of summer alongside the gorgeous Nantasket Beach.”
The festival offers a platform for businesses and organizations to gain a broader reach with visitors arriving from surrounding areas. Walking along the road lined with food trucks and community organizations, music drifts in with the sea breeze. Friends of Nantasket Beach organized the Summer Sunshine Performance Series which included the musical acts Assisted Living, Here for Now, and Gracie Grace and All The Goodboys. Hull had town vehicles for visitors to view and for children to explore. Many visitors ended the day with a stroll along the beach or a dish from one of the food trucks from local restaurants.
Endless Summer is made possible through grants from Save the Harbor Save the Bay, Massachusetts Department of Conservation, Massachusetts Cultural Council, and Hull MA Cultural Council. You can learn more about Endless Summer here.
